"Quick and Easy Exchange"
I went in thinking the exchange might take a while, but it ended up being super simple. A staff member helped me right away, walked me through everything, and I was out of there much faster than I expected. Really easy experience overall.

"It works, just don’t expect a spa day"
I use renaud-bray.com now and then to look up books or place an order, and to be fair, it usually gets the job done. The search is decent enough, though the filters can feel like they were designed to test my patience, which is always a fun bonus when I just want to find a paperback.

Checkout wasn’t a disaster, just oddly confusing in a few spots, because apparently buying a book online needed a small puzzle element. Overall, it’s usable, but browsing could definitely be smoother, especially on mobile where the pages can be slow and a bit annoying to deal with.

"Maybe I just keep catching them at the wrong time"
I used to always check Renaud-Bray first, but lately the selection hasn’t been great for me. Maybe it’s just bad timing on my part, but so many books I look up are missing, out of stock, or only available in weird random editions. Even popular authors have been harder to find than I expected. It kind of feels like browsing a half-empty store online. Disappointing, and I ended up ordering somewhere else.

The staff did help me find the book I was looking for, which I appreciated. They just seemed busy and not super friendly that day, if that makes sense.

"Checkout was honestly such a hassle"
I tried to place an order, but the whole checkout process was kind of a mess. Like, my cart kept randomly changing the quantities, and then the payment page froze on me twice, which was just really frustrating. When it finally seemed to go through, the shipping fee was suddenly different than what it had shown before. At that point, I was like, yeah, no thanks, and I just ended up ordering from somewhere else.

I had to return a book, the whole process was smooth. The refund came through fairly quickly too, so I was happy with how easy it all was.

"I don’t remember the rewards ever feeling worth it"
I’ve bought from them quite a few times, looking back, I can’t remember the loyalty program ever really paying off. The points seem to build up really slowly, and whenever I checked the rewards, they were underwhelming. Maybe it sounds nice when you sign up, but based on my experience, it just hasn’t been worth the effort.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but I ended up finding plenty of stuff for my kids here. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was a nice surprise and made the trip worth it.

I was looking for a few books and they actually had them in stock, including one I’d been having trouble finding anywhere else. The site was easy to get through, and pickup was smooth enough. No complaints, I’d order from them again

"Good deals when I happen to catch them"
I’ve found some decent deals here, at least the ones I remember. I tend to forget the times it wasn’t the cheapest option, but I know I’ve still had to compare prices elsewhere now and then. Worth checking, just not a guaranteed lowest price every time.

"Decent, but I expected a stronger French selection"
Maybe I just picked the wrong time to look, but I expected a lot more French books from Renaud-Bray. A bunch of the titles I wanted were either missing or out of stock, which was a bit frustrating. I might also be a little impatient, but the search felt kind of messy at times too. It’s not a terrible experience at all, I just thought the French selection would be better.

"Smooth and easy order"
I ordered a book from renaud-bray the whole tracking process was super easy. I got the email quickly, and the updates were clear enough that I always knew what was going on. Isn't that all you really want when you're waiting for a package? It showed when it shipped, when it was out for delivery, and there was no guessing. The package arrived on the day they said it would and everything was in good shape. Nothing over the top to report, but it worked well, so would I order again? Yeah, definitely

I preordered this expecting it to show up on time, and I’m still sitting here waiting with no clear update. It’s really frustrating because the whole point of preordering is to not have to chase it down later. Super annoyed at this point

"Poor packaging, damaged books"
The box they used was way too thin and there was basically no padding inside. By the time my books arrived, a few were bent and scratched up. What bothered me most was that it felt like they made the whole issue my problem to deal with, even though it could’ve been avoided with better packing. Really not impressed.

They did answer my question in the end, so that was nice. It just took a few days and I had to follow up, which was totally fine, obviously, just not quite as quick as I was hoping. Not the worst experience, just a little slower than expected...

"Delivery was okay, I guess"
I ordered from renaud-bray.com and the delivery was... fine, I guess. It took a few more days than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way, which was a bit annoying. That said, the package did arrive in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Canceling my order was okay, just a bit slow"
I had to cancel an order on Renaud-Bray, and it did go through in the end, so I appreciated that. That said, it took a little longer than I expected to get a clear answer, and I ended up having to check back myself. The refund showed up after a few days. Overall, not a bad experience, but it wasn’t exactly super smooth either...
